Hi, I'm Kathryn Keener. Having owned a doula agency for close to 10 years, I've been able to provide 1:1 coaching to so many doulas as they grappled with how to make this career path work for their particular needs. I’ve also offered workshops and continuing education, and I find that to be one of the most rewarding parts of owning an agency - supporting doulas, and helping them find success, not just with agency clients but with their own private practice as well.
That said, I’ve also seen quite a few doulas over the years who were unable to make it work - and I’ve seen the mistakes and the reasons why. I want to help you avoid those pitfalls, and stand strong in knowing that this is the work for you, and that you are the doula for your clients!
